Meeting of the Personnel Committee of the Russian-German VTP

On March 12, a regular meeting of the Personnel Committee of the Russian-German VTP was held under the leadership of Elena Balashova, Managing Partner of Balashova Legal Consultants. As part of a master class on personal leadership conducted by business coach Gohar Davtyan, the participants learned about the role and prerequisites of leadership in modern business, true and pseudo-leadership, participated in joint work on improving their own leadership qualities and skills.
