On May 23, Managing Partner of Balashova Legal Consultants Elena Balashova took part in the seminar "Current issues of accounting, personnel and tax accounting of foreign companies. Changes in 2019", organized by our partner, the audit company Sterngoff Audit.

During the seminar, the main changes in tax legislation, including VAT on electronic services, as well as popular errors in personnel accounting were considered.

In particular, Elena spoke on the topic: "Labor costs. How to reduce income tax?" and shared relevant explanations and judicial practice on this issue.
