Restaurants, non-food stores, beauty salons and other similar establishments whose activities were previously suspended remain closed.

In addition, the Decree prescribes organizations and individual entrepreneurs operating in areas in respect of which the decisions of the President of the Russian Federation and (or) the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow did not prohibit citizens from visiting them, to ensure that decisions are made on the establishment of the number of employees:
continuing to work directly at the workplace;
subject to transfer to remote operation mode;
in respect of which the relevant decision of the President of the Russian Federation established a regime of non-working days with the preservation of wages.
In addition,  information has been published on the website of the mayor of Moscow that in the near future the access mode of movement around the city will not be introduced.
