On October 28, the new Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation came into force

On October 28, 2019, the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation No. 514 of 30.07.2019 (hereinafter referred to as the "Order") entered into force, which approved the new Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on the provision of state services for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons.

In addition, the Order approved updated forms:

applications for registration of a foreign citizen or a stateless person at the place of residence;
notifications of the arrival of a foreign citizen or a stateless person at the place of stay;
notes on the registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of residence and on the removal of registration;
marks confirming the completion of the actions necessary for registration of a foreign citizen or a stateless person at the place of stay.
