Updated the list of professions of foreign qualified specialists who are not subject to quotas for the issuance of PHP

On September 8, 2019, the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation No. 490n of July 05, 2019, approving the list of professions (specialties, positions) came into force foreign citizens - qualified specialists arriving on a visa basis, who are not subject to quotas for issuing work permits.

The following positions are excluded from the previously existing list:
quality engineer, manager (in catering and hotel services), head waiter (sales floor administrator), translator of technical literature, chef.

Added to the list:
dispatcher, software engineer, mode calculation engineer, process equipment repairman, process plant operator, process plant repairman, electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment.
