VKS family members have received the right to enter the Russian Federation

On December 30, 2020, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation signed Decree No. 3675-r (hereinafter referred to as the "Order"), allowing single entry into the Russian Federation to family members of foreign citizens engaged in work as highly qualified specialists (HQS).

This Order applies to spouses, parents, children, adopted children and adoptive parents included in the lists sent to the FSB of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation by the relevant Ministry, provided that these persons present valid identity documents and a visa (or visa-free in cases provided for by international treaties of the Russian Federation).

We also remind you that in accordance with the Decree of the Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation No. 22 of 27.07.2020, all foreign citizens arriving in the Russian Federation are required to have a medical document in Russian and (or) English confirming a negative result of a laboratory test for COVID-19, conducted no earlier than 3 days before arrival in the Russian Federation.
