The Ministry of Labor approved new forms of providing information on the reduction of the number, liquidation and other information

On 26.01.2022, the Ministry of Labor approved new forms of submission of information by employers to the employment authorities. In particular, according to the new form, in addition to the number of employees subject to dismissal, employers must also fill in data for each of them: full name, position, average salary, etc.

We remind you that in accordance with Article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 1032-1 dated 04/19/1991 "On Employment of the population in the Russian Federation", employers are obliged to inform the employment authorities in writing of the following information:
on liquidation of an organization or termination of activity by an individual entrepreneur;
on the reduction of the number or staff of employees;
on the introduction of a part-time working day (shift) and (or) part-time working week;
when production is suspended;
on the application of insolvency (bankruptcy) procedures in relation to this employer;
about the availability of quota jobs for the disabled.
Employers submit the specified information directly to the employment service bodies or by posting them on the unified digital platform "Work in Russia".
