A service for submitting notifications for employers of foreign citizens has been launched on Public services

The service "Notifications on labor migrants" has been implemented on the Public Services portal, with the help of which you can submit a notification:

on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract with a foreign citizen;
about the obligations to pay wages to foreign citizens — highly qualified specialists (VKS).

The notification must be filled out directly on the portal and signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature.

We remind you that the employer is obliged to submit a notice of the conclusion and termination of an employment contract with a foreign citizen within a period not exceeding three working days. Notifications on the payment of wages of the VKS are submitted quarterly, no later than the last working day of the month following the reporting quarter.
