The Mayor of Moscow signed Decree No. 55-UM dated May 7, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree"), which extended all previously existing restrictions until May 31, 2020. Previously issued work passes will be automatically extended until May 31, 2020. The procedure for issuing digital passes for one–time trips it will remain the same.

At the same time, restrictions on the work of all industrial and construction enterprises will be lifted from May 12, 2020. However, employers will need to take measures aimed at minimizing the full-time presence of persons ensuring the implementation of relevant activities (only those employees whose presence is necessary for technological reasons will be able to start working), as well as ensure strict compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological regime at enterprises and construction sites. The full list of requirements for the organization of enterprises' activities is given in Annex 7 to the Decree. Control over compliance with sanitary requirements will be provided by Rospotrebnadzor.
