The Ministry of Labor of Russia clarifies: it is impossible to conclude an employment contract on remote work with a Russian citizen located on the territory of a foreign state, since such an opportunity is not provided for by the labor legislation of the Russian Federation. Earlier, the Ministry of Labor of Russia indicated that it is impossible to conclude an employment contract on remote work with a foreign citizen located in the territory of a foreign state.
