On July 24, the longest and most extreme cycling race in the world Red Bull Trans-Siberian Extreme 2018 was launched in Moscow

The stages of the cycling race pass through Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Perm, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude, Chita, Blagoveshchensk and Khabarovsk. Cyclists overcome more than 80 km of ascents, 5 climatic and 8 time zones, and spend more than three weeks in the saddle to finish on August 17 in Vladivostok.

The inspirer and organizer of the bike marathon is Balashova Bruck & Partners partner- Paul Bruck. The legal support of the bike marathon is provided by a team of partners - Balashova Legal Consultants (BLC).

Managing Partner of  BLC Elena Balashov joined the marathon support team on the stage from Irkutsk to Ulan-Ude. Mountain passes, views of Lake Baikal and the Selenga River valley make this, the eleventh stage, perhaps the most beautiful in the race.

In the company of our colleagues and partners – Paul Bruck, founder of Bruck Consult, Olga Grigorieva, CEO of Sternhoff Audit, and Rudolf Lukavsky, Trade adviser to the Austrian Embassy in the Russian Federation - Elena visited Baikal and visited the lama, was convinced, what difficulties cyclists have to overcome, and wished them good luck in the next stages. After all, after the Ulan-Ude-Chita route, the most difficult, the longest, royal stage was waiting for them: 1368 km from Chita to Svobodny.

We wish the athletes strength and good luck! And you can watch the cycling diaries and follow its stages at the link
