From June 9, 2020, the self-isolation regime and digital travel passes will be canceled in Moscow

By Decree of the Mayor of Moscow No. 68-UM dated June 8, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree"), from June 9, 2020, the self–isolation regime and digital movement passes are canceled in Moscow. The lifting of restrictions applies to all citizens, including persons over 65 years of age and citizens suffering from chronic diseases.

In addition, the Decree approves the schedule for the phased resumption of the activities of organizations.

So, since June 9, hairdressers, beauty salons, photo studios, veterinary clinics and employment agencies, carsharing, public organizations, film studios, recording studios and scientific institutes can resume work. Theaters, concert organizations and circuses can hold rehearsals of creative teams.

From June 16, restrictions on the provision of planned care in dental clinics, the work of libraries, real estate offices, rental services, advertising and consulting agencies, organizations operating in the field of law and accounting will be lifted. Summer verandas of restaurants and cafes, museums, exhibition halls and zoos will open.

On June 23, it is planned to lift restrictions on the operation of stationary catering establishments (halls of cafes and restaurants), fitness clubs and swimming pools, kindergartens, as well as the resumption of passenger navigation along the Moscow River.

All organizations can be opened only if they comply with the requirements aimed at preventing the spread of a new coronavirus infection (2019-nCoV), established by the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being in the city of Moscow.
