In Moscow, the rules for submitting employee data have been changed

Decree of the Mayor of Moscow No. 101-UM dated October 15, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree") amended the rules for submitting data on employees transferred to remote work.

In accordance with the Decree, in the absence of changes in the previously submitted information about employees, weekly submission of such information is not required.At the same time, if the information changes, it is necessary to provide up-to-date information on the day of the relevant decision.

When organizing a regime that provides for alternating remote work and work in the office (workplace), as well as shift work, it is necessary to indicate all employees in respect of whom appropriate decisions have been made. At the same time, more than 70% of employees should not be at the workplace at the same time.

In addition, the Decree clarified that 30% of employees transferred to remote work may include citizens over 65 years of age and citizens with chronic diseases who are ordered to stay at home.
