Approval of annual financial statements

In accordance with Russian legislation, it is necessary to approve the annual financial statements of Russian companies established in the form of a limited liability company for the previous 2019 by adopting the appropriate decision of the next General Meeting of Participants (Sole Participant) Societies.

In accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 14-FZ of 08.02.1998 "On Limited Liability Companies" as amended by Federal Law No. 115-FZ of 07.04.2020, which entered into force, in 2020 such decisions must be made by September 30 of the current year.

Depending on certain provisions of the Charter of the Russian company and the location of its Participants (on the territory of the Russian Federation or abroad), the method of signing the relevant decision may be different, in particular, notarization of signatures and apostille may be required (followed by a notarized translation into Russian).
