Changes in notification forms

By Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation No. 180 dated 03/24/2020, from June 13, 2020, clarifications are made to the administrative regulations on the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons.

Namely:

the procedure for registration and de-registration at the place of residence of foreign citizens with a residence permit (residence permit) is brought into line with the law, taking into account that in most cases it has become indefinite;
the application form of a foreign citizen or a stateless person for registration at the place of residence is being changed;
a new form of notification of the arrival of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay is being approved.
