The validity period of medical documents for foreign citizens has been extended to 12 months

The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has published Order No. 94n dated February 21, 2022, according to which the validity period of the certificate and medical certificates issued based on the results of medical examination of foreign citizens has been increased to 12 months.

In addition, when conducting a medical examination, the results of examinations conducted on the territory of the Russian Federation (no later than one year) will now be taken into account. Mandatory testing for a new coronavirus infection has also been excluded from the list of necessary examinations.
