The changes will take effect from July 25, 2021.and will affect foreign citizens and stateless persons, as well as citizens of the Republic of Belarus who enter the territory of the Russian Federation from the territories of the EAEU member states (Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan) through air checkpoints. From September 01, 2021The new rules will also apply when entering the Russian Federation from the territories of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
If persons arrive in the Russian Federation from third countries through the above countries in transit or with a short stop, they may not use the mobile application "Traveling without COVID-19". Presentation of tickets (boarding passes) and a negative PCR test result (without an attachment) will be sufficient.
We remind you that the PCR test must be carried out no earlier than 3 calendar days before arrival on the territory of the Russian Federation.
