The Ministry of Internal Affairs approved the procedure for submitting a petition for the involvement of the VKS and notifications about the work of foreigners in the Russian Federation

On August 29, the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia No. 363 of 04.06.2019 was published, which approved a new form of a foreign citizen's application to attract him as a highly qualified specialist (hereinafter referred to as the "VKS"), and also introduced updated forms of notifications  on the implementation of work by foreigners in Russia.

The order approved the following forms of notification of authorities:
on the fulfillment by the employer of obligations to pay wages to the HQS;
about the employment of a foreign citizen by an organization providing services for the employment of foreigners in Russia;
on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract or a civil contract for the performance of work with a foreign citizen;
on the conclusion and termination of the contract for the performance of works (provision of services) with a foreign student;
on granting leave without pay for more than one calendar month during the year to a foreign student;
about the completion or termination of training by a foreign student engaged in labor activity on the territory of Russia.
If there is insufficient familiarity in the corresponding notification field, you can now fill in additional sheets to the notification, the forms of which are also provided for by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Notifications from two or more sheets should be stitched, numbered, and a certification record should be made in them.

The order also approved the procedure for submitting these notifications and provides for the possibility of submitting notifications to the district bodies of the migration departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The Order comes into force on September 9 , 2019 .
